Responsible Gaming at 88tb

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At 88tb, responsible gaming is not just a policy statement — it is a core part of how we operate every day. We understand that for most players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and every corner of Bangladesh, gaming is a form of entertainment enjoyed in moderation. Our platform is designed to support that experience from the very first deposit.

We provide a range of tools that let you set personal boundaries around your spending, playing time, and overall activity. These tools are available to every registered member at any time, free of charge, and can be applied instantly through your account settings or by reaching out to our support team.

Gambling should always be an enjoyable pastime — a bit of excitement watching a BPL match or spinning a slot on a quiet evening. It should never feel like an obligation or a way to solve financial problems. If at any point it stops being fun, we want to be the first resource you turn to for help.

Tips for Playing Responsibly

Keeping gaming a positive experience comes down to a handful of habits that any player can build over time. Here are the practices we encourage all 88tb members to follow:

• Set a fixed budget before you start and never exceed it — treat your gaming fund the same way you would a cinema ticket or a dinner out.
• Never chase losses — if you have hit your budget for the session, close the app and return another day with a fresh mindset.
• Schedule regular breaks — step away every 30-45 minutes to keep your decisions clear and your mood balanced.
• Never gamble when you feel stressed, anxious, or under the influence of alcohol — emotional states significantly cloud judgment.
• Understand that outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems — past results do not influence future spins or match outcomes.
• Balance gaming with other leisure activities — keep hobbies, social time with family, and physical activity as regular priorities.

Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Options

If you feel that gaming is beginning to take up too much of your time or money, the self-exclusion tool is one of the most effective steps you can take. A self-exclusion request can be for a short defined period — such as one month or three months — or it can be set as an indefinite permanent block on your account.

During any active exclusion period, 88tb will disable all access to your account, including login, deposits, and promotional communications. Once a permanent exclusion is in place, reinstatement requires a mandatory cooling-off period before any review can take place — this is intentional, to protect you during vulnerable moments.

For players who simply want a short pause without permanently closing their account, the time-out feature offers a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day suspension. Your account data is preserved and you can return once the period ends. To request either option, contact our support team directly at [email protected].

Setting Deposit Limits

Deposit limits are one of the simplest and most practical tools in the responsible gaming toolkit. At 88tb, you can set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit per day, per week, or per calendar month. Once a limit is active, the platform will automatically decline any transaction that would take you beyond your chosen threshold.

Limits take effect immediately when they are reduced — so if you set a ৳5,000 weekly cap down from ৳10,000, the lower limit applies right away with no waiting period. Increasing a limit, however, requires a 7-day cooling-off delay before it takes effect. This asymmetry is deliberate: it makes it easy to restrict yourself and harder to impulsively reverse that decision.

Recognizing Problem Gambling Warning Signs

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is often hard to notice from the inside. Below are some signs that suggest gaming may be shifting from leisure to a problem that needs attention:

• Spending more money or time on gambling than originally planned, despite genuine intentions to stop sooner.
• Borrowing money from family, friends, or financial services specifically to fund gambling activity.
• Feeling irritable, anxious, or unable to relax unless you are gambling or thinking about gambling.
• Attempting to recover gambling losses by placing larger and larger bets in a single session.
• Neglecting work responsibilities, family commitments, or personal health because of time spent gambling.
• Hiding your gambling activity from people close to you, or feeling shame or guilt after a gaming session.

Protecting Minors

88tb is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 21 years or older to register an account, make deposits, or place wagers of any kind. Our verification process is designed to confirm the age and identity of every user before any real-money activity is permitted.

If you share a device with family members — including younger siblings or children — we strongly recommend enabling parental controls on your device and keeping your 88tb account credentials private. If you suspect that a minor has accessed an account, contact us immediately so we can take swift action to secure it.
